I just entered the code after the batters was disconnected now I'm not getting any radio stations and when I try to play a cd it just says error. Any ideas what the problem could be

I had all these issues when I got mine, unplugged the head unit from the changer now works, and fitted a new aerial amplifier to sort radio issues
