quick one - what type gearbox oil for an S3 02M

going to be changing the gearbox soon, along with a new clutch and DMF, so what gearbox oil should i be looking to put in, want to get it all together to minimise the time on the ramp.

i now know i should use 75w90 but there are sol many types GL4 or GL5 then there are so many makers, any ideas as i want to order this soon to be able to do my gearbox swap

GL4 is supposed to be the right one for the gearbox as GL5 attacks the syncros by all accounts...

Some say modern GL5 is non corrosive on the gearbox now but not really seen the proff as yet... there is also a trian of thought that suggest using 75W80 as 75/90 makes the boxes notchy when cold...

its all very confusing mate, some of the oils suggest they are suitable for GL4 and GL5 so god knows, just reading a thread on TT forum and theres everyone coming up with different oils saying they are the best etc etc

I need to get some for mine when I drop the box...
