Newbie A3 owner

Hi,

Just bought our first A3 tonight. Owned plenty of other Audi models and still have my A4. The car is a 2003\03 1.9tdi in a moonstone blue? colour. Not sure of correct colour name.

Never had a 1.9tdi myself so will be looking at doing timing belt etc asap myself.

I'm sure there will be plenty of questions to be asked once we get the collected.

Well, The A3 turned out to be a total dog! So glad I didn't leave a deposit. Will never trust a seller over the phone again. Wasn't a waste of a journey as I was passing the place with work anyway so no loss to me.

Just been and viewed a Merc A class. Nice car so left a deposit and collect tomorrow.

So I won't be joining the 8L forum crew after all. I'm still keeping busy in the B6 forum though
