A3 8P 2012 Retro Cruise fit question

Is a wire required / run to the ecu for the new stick to work? some kits have a wire / trim panel / stork others just have the stork / trim panel.

In the instructions it mentions running a wire for the TT fom the ECU but nothing for the A3? so would it just be a case of replacing the stork and enabling the function ?

Im sure NHN can supply a kit or Dave from Stoke Audi in the site sponsor bit of the forum can sort you out.
Unless its went up in price I'm sure the kit (cowl and stalk) were less than £110 quid before but i might be mistaken

Think its gone up i paid 90 odd quid first time around and around 120 for my MY2011.

Yeah when I done my 10 plate it cost me £110 at tps and that was 10% discount.
