Spray/Fan Washer Jets

Hi all,

Has anyone managed to fit VW fan washer jets to their B5. I've bought both the following types and of course neither are a direct fit. Just wondering if anyone's hacked them to fit and can offer any tips. The car is a facelift model with heated jets.
