I'm looking into doing the deletes and just after some extra info.ive read the stickies but still unsure if I will have fault codes that will fail a mot, if so can I get them deleted.and is it better to use resistors or leave the n249 and such left plugged in.

Can't help you with fault codes but I am keen on these things as well especially the PVC

Always wondered what the benefits are from n249 plus sai delete

You'll get a fault code from removing the SAI pump unless you put in a resistor... Fault code won't fail a MOT though

You will also get a fault code from the N249 if you completely remove it, best just to leave it plugged in.

If you ever get the car mapped though all these things can be coded out permanently

Thks that was the answer I was looking for, as I'm getting it ready for a remap.and answer to Sam, n249 and sai delete no real benefit I don't think. just removing stuff that's not needed and can create boost problems because of split pipes.
