The 370mm disc is simply too much for stock alloys. You could get the AP racing bells and discs although they are a lot of money. Will give a few mm but still too close for my liking.

The discs aren't the problem. It's the calliper being so close to the inside of the wheel.

But the size of the disc means that the caliper is tight to the wheel, smaller disc's would mean the calipers is mounted closer to the hub to give more room.
