Aero Roof Bars Whistling?

Just a quick one, Fitted some aero roof rails yesterday, all centered and straight, measured the distances on either rail etc, so all fitted correct and very tight. However, at 30mph and up, i get that whistling noise, its not too bad as it hides the engine noise somewhat, Anybody else have this issue ?
