2015 Audi A3 2.0t Clicking Noises??

I recently bought a 2015 Audi A3 2.0T Quattro. I'm extremely happy with the car except the suspension and wheels- so I ordered an AH Exclusive Deep Coilovers kit from Stillstatic (H&R coils and Bilstein Struts) and of course a VIP Modular 9/ 9.5x 19 inch wheels.
Everything went in very smoothly with no issues.....unfortunately now I have developed a click noise drivers side front wheel at 7-15mph. I brought it to my Audi dealership 2x and they have determined that its 'normal' DSG noises and that my CV is fine. Has anyone else had issues once they lowered the car?

Can't help with the clicking noise as mine isn't lowered, bu I would say that it isn't normal. There are a few members on here with lowered cars, I can't recall any of them complaining of a clicking noise.

I stopped by the dealership this afternoon and I'm booked for next monday for a check up. Unfortunaly this issue is new to them so hopefully it's nothing serious.....or expensive

Something is def up with my transmission or control arms. I was driving another car today when I stopped by the Audi dealership but I showed them the video. Schedule an appointment for next Monday..
