Was doing the n249 bypass on my auq today and have snapped one of the little manifold ports off when removing the pipe, it's going to the DV how do I go about sorting this before it gets dark.

Do I need to remove the inlet manifolds ?

Yes, manifold has to come off for a proper fix.

Or.

Chemical metal, buy some joiners and do it all off the one port. But that's dodgy as ****.

Like klappe said, plug it then t off on of the others then get a new/used manifold off ebay

I'm pretty sure they are pressed in, so drill out what's left, find a suitable size hose barb and drill and tap the hole to suit.
But temporarily you could chemical metal the hole over until you can fix it properly.
