Rust.

Hi all, my garage has said i have a rust issue underneath the car, is this a bit too soon to have rust prob.
Its a 54 Reg S4 Cab which was in Spain for a time which I'm not sure if that would make it start to rust early or could it be flood damaged.

Get some pictures so we know what the issue is. The underbody has a protective sealant, which has either been damaged or removed.
