I've got a strange issue with the internal locking mechanism, which i'm hoping somebody can help with.
So first of all the car will lock and unlock absolutely fine with the key fob, all bar the drivers side rear door. Any ideas why that is guys? If i reach around and unlock it from inside, it will then open and close just fine from outside.
That wasn't my main question, but id appreciate help on that one too!
Now my current problem is.......the auto lock seems to have stopped working, as has the internal locking function (sort of). I say sort of because i believe it is locking. I can hear the locks engage, but the little red light doesn't come on. Better yet, when i then get out the car and go to open the boot....its locked. So opening the door isn't unlocking the car?
I hope that all made sense, and any help would be great.
PS. i have had central locking issues before, which turned out to be a severed wire in the drivers door loom. It has crossed my mind it could be here again??
