Calliper carriers

Can anyone confirm that the 3.0tdi and S4 have the same rear calliper carriers to allow the same disc size also are the rear Callipers all the same is it just the carriers that differ? Next one is what size are the 3.0tdi/S4 discs and where can I get some carriers from if the Callipers are the same? It's just I have upgraded my front Callipers & discs and need to do the rears as they are looking rather lost compared to the fronts so I want to upgrade in size to the S4

Ok I have just found out that the 2.0tdi are
300mm diameter
12mm thickness
The 3.0tdi are
320mm diameter
30mm thicknes

Will my 2.0 allow the 30mm thickness discs or not? If I can get the carriers from a 3.0tdi

I would think you need the 3.0 calipers for them to work.

Are the Callipers different then as any I have found on the fleebay look pretty much identical, I know it's hard to tell from a picture, wonder if anyone has any part numbers to cross reference :/

Dessert storm gave me a link for this site which you could use to check part numbers with 2.0 & 3.0 I used it to check numbers with my 2.7 against 3.0 numbers.
