Anyone running 245/40/18 tyres?

Anyone running 245/40/18 tyres and any pictures or issues?

I know they are 10mm wider than the standard size but the speedo difference is next to nothing, it will give a bit of rim protection to the 5 spoke S-Line wheels and also due to the slightly taller side wall will give a bit more comfort.

They will be going on a convertible if it makes a difference.
