so I will need a set of Nostrum injector's ( 25G/s @ 100bar) to be able to use full potential of this TTE450 with E85.
4 Nostrum injector's is about 1600€ that start to be expansive!
But then maybe 475 Hp running 100% E85!
yeah guessing on a conservative way.
I also hope that with enough fueling on low rpm, can get earlier spool up as this car is very heavy so for daily driving earlier spool would be nice.
Do you know if MTR was running OEM down pipe with the 2 cat converter or a custom made down pipe with HFC or no Cat.
As I see nothing righten about it.
PS: Last time I contact Nostrum they told me it Was 450$ per injector.
PS2: I have Audi A4 B8 flex fuel injector bosch number 0261500164 they are good up to 375 hp under E85 according to APR.
So should be good for 450hp at least with 98 gazoline ( 30% less fueling) so that is a cheap OEM option for those who don't have access to E85. Those are plug and play
My T6 make's 320 hp @ 5900rpm with oem turbo and E85 with those injector. At 5900 rpm ( max power) injection time is 7.150ms runing 180 bar of fuel pressure.
so a bit of space. I guess max would be to run a bit more than 8ms
The other option for this engine is the Opel LDK injector's delivering 30% more than OEM injector's. Bosch 0261500112. those need different connection so some work on injector wire harness
This guy did 550 hp on EA888 Gen2 engine with those Opel injector's. But still not enough fueling for E85. https://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/785949-Audi-A5-2-0-EFR-6758-Build
with your turbo running E85 I would need injector that can deliver enough fuel for 160 hp per cylinder with 98 gazoline. That is some big injector's about 55% more than OEM. Only Nostrum can match that from what I know. they flow 100% more than OEM.
I just see that they have dyno in 4th gear could be why spool is so late. not enough time to build boost. 6700 rpm in 5th gear would have been 268 km/h
This T6 DSG DQ500 if you don't remap the DSG will shift from 5 to 6th gear automatically at 5000 rpm
So impossible to dyno in 5th gear. even in manual mode it does shift by itself at 5000rpm
