Just taken my haldex controller to pieces,
when you've taken yours apart has the whole controller unit contained the fluid?
as I'm thinking the seals might be gone and it's leaking past and filled it.

Cheers :)

I took one apart, it was dry inside as the stepper motor is not water proof.
What fluid is it? Haldex oil or water?

It's haldex fluid I'm pretty sure,
That'ds annoying.
A stepper will run in oil not issues but it's not ideal keeping it all sealed and contained

When my pump seal failed, the oil tracked through the wires of the pump and into the controller and then through into the rear multi plug too, so it could be that which has caused it.

That's sounding hopeful I'll check it the pump as well later tonight.

More inspection pretty sure it was the pump leaking. As pressurised the ports at work and no leakage,

On a better note controlling the haldex independently :)
Notice you've done this in the past scullies?
Where did you get with it?
