Can someone retrofit Rear/Front Led's

Evening people,
I need some help, looking for someone who could retrofit and code both rear and front led lights...I got the lights coming tomorrow and wish to do them this week. If anyone can point in some direction would highly appreciate it. I'm Southampton/Portsmouth area, also wouldn't mind traveling.
