170 tdi lumpy idle with loud engine nosie

Hey guys need ur help and advice i got an a4 2.0tdi 170 its only done 60k but its very lumpy/shakey/juddery in idle with the engine sounding louder then before and u can hear a ticking noise checked all common faults such as egr injectors all seem to be fine as the audi main dealer told me but they cnt seem to find a problem with it can some one advise
Also is there a good audi mechanic in oldham or manchester or ne wer for that so they can look at it and fix it

If its ticking and lumpy sounds like dirty injectors , when the needle lifts and sticks it makes a ticking sound, try some Forte injector cleaner and a good thrashing.

The ticking is only coming from the left side of the engine by the turbo i think but audi main dealers checked the injectors n apparntly ther ok im so baffeled, but have bought sum bg244 cleaner is that any gud
