Kenwood software update

Does anyone know how to do the firmware update on the kenwood DNX5240BT.
I have downloaded the file and burned to cd but the H,U, won't read it so I have obviously gone wrong somehere.

I have just done my kiv701 you need to read the book it tells you in there. it took me a while.if you have read the book,try the online pdf or google it you may get a video or an easier link,they dont make it easy to follow do they.

I've done all the previous updates direct from Garmins website but the latest one once downloaded just keeps saying corrupt files so I think I'm going to contact Garmin and see if they are aware of it.
