aftermarket install help

Ok today i fitted my kenwood stereo,and wire in a relay so it acts as factory,remove the key and unit powers off.

My problem is after i fitted it all.the sub wasnt working (factory) and i have no rear audio from doors or tweeters.
i have double checked the wires ect,all look good.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Ok ive found the problem,it was the adapter lead,dynamic sounds have supplied me with the wrong one,i have the full bose lead to a half bose system,no wonder it didnt work.
