Hi All, I'm new to the A3 scene having just bought a 2001 A3 Quattro 1.8T (180) which needs a flywheel.
Having looked through various posts I'm nearly positive that I will put a solid flywheel back on in place of the DMF.
Is this still the current train of thought? If so where should I get the parts?
Anyone done this job recently that they could advise me on any issues?
I have ordered the Elsawin cd's from ebay as I don't have any manuals - are there better out there?
Are there any special tools that are required? (deep reach sockets etc
I'm hoping to order the parts today and carry out the work this weekend.
