Full LED headlights retrofit - need VCDS auto-scan and adaptation map!

Guys,

I need help from a generous soul.

In order to perform the full LED headlights retrofit on my 2015 Audi A3 8V, I need the following:

1) A full auto-scan from an A3/S3 8V owner with full LED headlights
2) An adaptation map of channel 09 (BCM module) from an owner on an A3/S3 with full LED headlights
3) Wiring diagrams for bi-xenon headlights and LED headlights

Can someone please help?

I've got my own VCDS and full LED's just not the knowledge how to collect the info you need.
I'm more than happy for you to call me and I can pop out to the car to do it ( right now if you're free)

Maybe its just me? I had a new shape Leon with LED headlights.
Then a BMW M135i with HIDs.

Ive no idea why you would want to remove the HIDs and put in LEDs? Theres very little in it. In fact, I prefer the HIDs as they do give a bit of light bleed. The LEDs have a severe cut off which is a bit disconcerting on really dark nights as you dont see much of the sides of the road.
 
If you can tell me the steps to create an adaptation map then I can also help.

Without getting into an LED v HID debate the LEDs on the Audi perform better than the Leon's which was my previous car.

I'll keep you all posted. I know it can definitely be done. There are several folks who have posted their success in converting from Xenon to LED.

I'm very persistent.

So far, I've been able to:
1) Unlock VIM
2) Change my steering wheel to the S3 version with paddle shifters
3) Add backup camera
4) Add HDD MMI Navigation (HD version with 7" screen and touchpad)

Can you give us more details on the mods youve done so far?

Id love HDD MMI nav and a reversing camera!
 
Just to confirm is it channel 09 Central Electronics that your looking for an adaptation map of ? - If so I've just created one it's 2217 lines long but only 129kb. What is the best way to send this to you ?

Anyone have wiring diagrams, please??? I need to know wiring differences (if any) between Xenon and LED headlights. Thanks!

I am also looking to upgrade my standard 5.8 MMI to HDD Navigation. My standard MMI box doers NOT have a optical cable connected. Is it still possible & how to upgrade to MMI Navigation?

How did you get around the CP on the MMI retrofit?

Just a note for those who want to upgrade to the HIGH TECH pack coming from a standard SATNAV combo, you need to order 3 items to do this correctly, the high res screen, the correct MMI unit (with HDD or Sim card slot) and the correct center console unit. The first encounter most people who go through is removing the Content protection lock. The CP from my understanding is a security link between the MMI unit and the car VIN number. Whether your doing this illegally or not (AUDI can't do this - so need a specialist) you get hold a 2nd hand unit of the MMI unit, you still need to remove the CP and I dont know any companies which do this. Some forum members have managed to get this removed so GL speaking and find who they are. Other users who have attempted this retrofit have encounter sound issues, I dont know much about this but do a search and you'll find a ton of information on this forum.

Sorry to the OP for shifting this topic to another but I thought I'll add my 2 cents.

hello I would like to know if anyone has already converted the pfl xenon headlight to the Led Fl headlight (not matrix) After a lot of research I couldn't find any clear answers. do you just need new wiring and vcds coding or do you need other parts thank you in advance
