06 s-line 3dr rear bumper and s3 rear valance?

Hello I'm new here so please don't bite!

I have a 06 3dr 2.0t A3 s-line, and I'm looking to get the s3 rear diffuser fitted to it. I have searched around and just want some clarification on the matter. I understand that you need the diffuser (the grey part) and the lower valance (the painted part) to make this work? Is that correct?

Am I also correct in saying the s-line bumper is the same as the S3 bumper? I'm trying to keep costs down you see.

If someone can clear this up for me it would be much appreciated.

If I'm right your bumper comes apart into two pieces. Replace the bottom half with S3 bits and use the same top half to make a S3 bumper.

Yes that is correct, that's what I thought but wanted to make sure before I go and order anything. Thanks for your advice!
