in the thread about the crunchy second gear, there was a piccie of some gearbox additive by Xado.
I have a noisy gear box, sounds like the needle bearings on the main shafts as it only does it in neutral
did some googling, and it does seem to have some good reviews, and has been around quite a while
its on ebay for a tenner a shot, so i'll give it a go
may work may not, I know the box is not terminally ill, so for a tenner i'm willing to be surprised
the noise is very easy to replicate, so should be easy to see if it gets better or not
