No power at low rpm 2.0tdi 170

Firstly I have no DPF and EGR, they have been deleted.
The car has been fine for the past 6 months of them being deleted, but now at low rpm I have no power, upto 2500-3000 rpm the turbo will then kick in. I also have the glow plug light flashing sometimes too.
Theres no clouds of smoke behind either and can't hear any intercooler leaks.

I'm thinking maybe it's the turbo veins clogged? Any inputs appreciated

Sounds similar to an EGR issue I had, PD170 with DPF/EGR mapped out. The EGR valve failed slightly open, I fitted a blanking plate and all was well.

My suggestion is to check the vacuum lines for leaks.

I had the same problem so decided to get the dpf removed. When I got there it had been done by previous owner with a blue peter map. Had a new map and EGR mapped and now it seems fine. Running 220bhp
