I just collected my S-line sportback from Bolton Audi, the customer service in the lead up to the handover fell short of what I expected. I must of left 4 or 5 messages for my salesperson to call me back, she never did so I was constantly having to chase her for information etc. Its not all bad, she did pick me up from home adress on the day i collected the car.
Ive got an issue with the passenger seat bolster, ok she said it would be followed up by the warranty people, it's been 4 days and ive heard nothing back.
I hope your experience is better than mine so far!
