Are these polished or coated?

So, it's going to be a minimum of £150 (plus VAT) to re-coat and diamond cut my 20 spoke alloys (x4!), plus I need back tyres, so looking to buy an alternative secondhand pair and score some tyres at the same time - but looking to avoid any polished finishes. Are the wheels in the above pic coated throughout or are the lighter bits polished? There are some on ebay but even with zooming in I can't tell from the pics.

Lighter bit is polished so diamond cut. I believe there the standard S4 wheels.
