I always thought that my car had a timing chain, especially after seeing a chain like component in the engine while is was being rebuilt after high oil consumption. I was sorting out the paper for my car today and found a print out given to the previous owner stating that the cambelt change was due in 36 months, this was dated Feb 13'. I have checked the sevice book at the only mention is 'Replacing Toothed Belt - 114,000 miles'. I'm trying to find out if this is definatley the case so I can prepare myself for new year.
