MMI software updates?

Does anybody have a link / good write up on how to do the MMI software updates?

Mine is an A5 C7 2012 with MMI Touch.

Hi, how do you check the version? I too have a 2012 a6 with the mmi touch.

Settings/MMI Set-UP (Top RH)/Last Option in menu is Version
