Best LSD For the S3

Hi all, it will probably already talked about this, but what is the best Front LSD For Handling?

And I have seen that the unique rear LSD that is available for the car is the Peloquin

My question is: are effective these LSDs? and what is the best? Quaife, wavetrac or Peloquin (front LSD) and if the improvement is noticeable in the rear Peloquin LSD?

I don't want the LSD for 1/4mile, I want it For track/road.

Excellent on tarmac, not quite as hot on loose surfaces (much better than open diff though)
