Hi all. A few months ago, on engine start, i noticed a short but definate whining noise coming from the rear right hand corner of the car (as heard from the drivers seat). Now that whine is starting to come and go "willy nilly" and sometimes under acceleration. I am putting this down to a fuel pump issue but as i have no idea where the thing is, I might be talking cr@p! Can anyone advise me if this could be the cause. I know its nothing brake/wheel/suspension related as it does it when im not moving. I does however seem to be getting progressively worse. Also, any idea of a replcement cost. Car has a stage 1 REVO remap. Thanking all you lovely people in anticipation.

Just about all cars are all like that now. You need a second person in the rear to pinpoint the whine whilst you drive.
