Lambda sensor

Hi guys, getting a few error codes popping up on my 1.8t

I'm getting these codes off a cheap reader I've got knocking about

P0140 O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1Sensor 2)
P0141 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

The wires from the sensor to the plug looks fine, would I be right in thinking the sensor itself just needs replacing?

I'd always use oem parts to be honest, TPS
