What climate control and hazard buttons when going to double din??

Hi there,

so I'm new to Audi's and the 8p, I've been doing some research on upgrading to a double DIN and I'm stuck on a couple of issues. My car is a 2006 A3 170PD S-line and I'll be going from a Concert radio to a RNS-E, I've already bought that.
I've been looking into the climate control options and ideally I'd like the Q3 option(hopefully I'll be upgrading the dash cluster to the later white OBC), but from what I can gather from here and google this won't work on my car?? can anyone confirm this? (I also have heated seats). If this type doesn't work will the later type with chrome knobs work??

however the chrome climate unit or the Q3 unit will NOT work in your car.
