Looks good and fits in well with your overall look!

Be careful in heavy rain though running the open cone filter, you wouldn't want to suck any water in!

Cheers I'm happy with how it turned out

@RyanJonS4 should be fine in the rain department the hole is up in line with the suspension top mount and the cone filter is right at the front

Need to weld it up on Tuesday when I'm off and refit but can't even take it for a run when it's done :-(

Both back boxes done and I already have the front silencers removed so that only leaves the centre box, did consider doing the centre but thought I'd try this instead

that should add release some of the V6 howl :)

@Gazwould only got as far as cutting everything out, was thinking i could go straight to one tail pipe for easieness same as that picture and just leave the outside pipe open ?

what happens if you leave the box empty i'm guessing it wouldnt be good ?

so done a bit of reading oh here, found an old post, plan is to weld up a pipe to the inside tail pipe and i'll leave all the wool etc out and weld up the boxes

@xpoweruk you do have a point mate, to be fair the car cant go anywhere anyway so i would be just as well getting a Y pipe and doing it properly

Sounds a good plan .

If left completely empty the exhaust gasses expand in the void, cool and slow down a bit .

High gas speed = good flow and less back pressure .
