Rear fog light question

I'm moving to Germany and need to have the rear fog on the left side. On checking my S3 it is currently on the right.

Is it interchangable by any chance?

How would i go about changing it to the left?

VCDS coding involved. You will also need to swap the bulbs. That should be it.
