2004 a6 allroad sat nav not working

Has anyone any ideas how to fix my sat nav .. It's says it's not recognising the DVD. I've tried a cleaning disc and second hand units are £500. Is there a way of fixing the drive?

Is the dvd scratched ? Try toothpaste on it if so
Or if its the satnav speak to NHN

I've got several discs from different years and they all give the message that te disc is unreadable. They're not really scratched. I did manage to get it to work once :/
