Car - 2003, BAM, S3.

Mods - R-Tech stage 1 remap with printout @ 260BHP
Uprated TIP
S2000 airfilter
Forge FMCL007P DV
Forge yellow spring

Low mileage @ 78,000miles, very well serviced and a very well looked after car. Pulls like a train and has never given any problems whatsoever.

Ive just fitted a stack boost gauge, taken off the DV line.

Peaks at around 18PSI and settles at around 16-17PSI on a long, 3rd gear pull.

Sound about right?

If I let it labour in 5th, give it WOT at 50MPH and gradually build up it will eventually shoot around and flutter at around 22-24PSI.

Normal?

There's no problems with the way it runs as such, its always been a great runner, I am just interested to hear peoples opinions on the fluttering.

No-one with more in depth knowledge has an opinion on the fluttering?

Green spring in your 007p. Or get a new OEM valve.
You should consult R-tech as to what it was mapped at.
It is a normal to get a slight increase in higher gears at higher loads

I have the green spring so will give it a try, the DV itself is only about 2500 miles old.

Thanks for the input.
