Stage Maps

I have an Audi a3 1.8 TFSI.

I used to have a 1.4 tfsi which i remapped and hybridized the turbo and odd bits.

What is involved in stage 1 remap?

What is involved in stage 2 remap?

I would of thought there will be an intercooler change and other bits but would just like to know.

Stage 1 remaps are generic maps really and can be done on standard cars with no or small mods, when going stage 2 and 2+ your looking at induction kits turbo back exhausts and bigger inter-coolers and the maps become more custom.

Stage 1 is designed to work with all the OE hardware on the vehicle.. Onve you start adding exhaust systems and inductions kits etc etc you can then install stage 2 software to compliment the hardware on the vehicle
