What Detailing / Car Care Products Have You Bought / Ordered Today?

Cheers for the review mate. S4 windscreen needs some some tlc and I am not a big fan of using claybar on the glass. Let's hope Vision helps with the cleaning.

Not issues on the rest and no rush mate. Whenever it is convenient

Glass polish does work a treat. Had the below mark on back window when I did initial clean and prep that nothing (korrosol, surfex, window cleaner etc) would remove.

And which polish if I may @X3man & @jassyo06. I had Autofinesse Glass Vision after reading DW reviews. I used it only once on my B7 and gave it to a colleague before the PIF started as I didn't get the desired results.

No mate, I really am not. I don’t use it loads, but as I say that was the only thing to get those marks off. Does seem to shine up glass nicely

@Tashfeen - Don't worry mate, I think I see AG Car Glass Polish on your shelf
When I did my new car detail on my S4 I had some stubborn marks on the rear window which I couldn't shift with anything until I used the AG glass polish. 'Tis a fab product

I've been reliably informed by a couple of pro detailers I know that Auto Finesse re-brand some of Autoglymn's products
AG EGP is the same product as AF Tough Coat
Just wondering whether AF Vision is the same product as AG Glass Polish ....

Never used any of the 'Mothers' products.

Here goes, order a tub of Mother's MO-05511 California Gold Synthetic Paste Wax

Was after some paste wax and found this on amazon for £9.40 with prime next day free delivery.

Cheap as chips! Just hope the finish is not scraps!

Arrived today. Quite a large tub and comes with a foam applicator.

Not bad for what I paid.

Been using bar keepers friend stain remover for cleaning the tips for ages now but this is in powder form which I mix-up with water to make a paste.

Saw this BGF in a cream version and snapped it up for £1.49 at wilkos.

Can't knock it at that price!

No clue, it's my first time! I think if you're into detailing it's worth it, all the brands are there and think there's decent discounts to be had. It's only an hour drive from me so that helps.

We shouldn't jump to conclusions here about how wealthy @Scotty75 is, looks like it's still got the security tag on it...

I know you have to take that with a pinch of salt, but this coating is self healing apparently, a bit like the self healing PPF
Bet it comes at a hefty price too ?

I'm still debating whether to take the Syncro Kit off Jassy's hands ...... No access to a garage is putting me off to be honest . Last thing I'd want is overnight moisture spoiling the costing

Cover the car overnight after polishing mate then next day apply the mohs 2 coats, one coat cures within 1 hour,so you'll apply the 2 coats within 4 hours, then cover the car overnight, next morning apply the skin coating,it'll cure that day..if you start early enough...cover the car again overnight yip it would be a lot hassle l admit...but the results=highest gloss levels of any ceramic coating on market to date and the most durable
