add DVD player to mmi 2 high on 58 plate A8

Hi guys.

I would like to add a dvd player to my 58 plate A8. It has MMI 2 high with digital TV, DAB radio, AMI, 6 disc cd player and sat navigation.
I would like a dvd player that has a usb slot for playing movies from there and to be able to control it from the MMI.

Any help would be great.

I don't believe there is a way with a factory fitted TV to add a DVD player and control it through the MMI. The best thing you can do is add one and use a remote control for it without losing the TV tuner.

Only MMI 3G+ has the DVD player capability and that doesn't have USB on it. But it has the ability to play movies from the SD card which gets around the USB issue.
