s3 electical issues

i once had a loss in power, foot planted and no acceleration, i got it plugged into a laptop and it said about a cylinder 3 cam contour adjustment (electrical fault). the next day the car was fine and has been since, also dash lights flicker occasionally, anyone have or had these issues?

Not heard of these before, if its under warranty its always good to get the issue logged with the dealer.
