Rns - e Retrofit

Hi all, very new to this forum and very new to owning an Audi, but in need of some help if anyone can, i have tried to retrofit a Rns-e stereo into my A3 2.0tdi 2004 prefacelift and i am completley stuck, so if there is anyone local to Woking /Surrey or surrounding areas who is good at all this and could possibly fit it and code it for me would be very happy! (Will pay)
