The skirts are made by CSR-Automotive, they are made of fiberflex (grp), come with all fixings and also a tube of adhesive. They don't fit RS4's

Your the first on i seen with them i have had these side skirts on my watch list for months only thing that stopped me was i didn't think they would fit an S-Line but having see your photo I'm defiantly getting a set and panting them gloss black to match my color scheme
