S3 Knocking from rear - who else?

Car has been faultless apart from this occasional knocking.

I only remember it when going over rougher roads, so it isnt always on my mind.

As the dealer is a 70 mile round trip away, I just dont know if I can be ***** going all that way only for them to not fix it or ask me to rebook it in for another time.....

My (old) car, Nov15 S3, had three pairs of rear top mounts and still knocked badly. I couldn't be bothered arguing any more so traded it in - very disappointed all round.
