Cam/timing belt

hi all,
I have tried searching but want a straight answer. When the cam/timing belt is changed is there anything else that needs changing at the same time that's worth doing? For example; the water pump at the same time as can belt? I drive a 2007 S3.

yes water pump and new stretch bolts that are removed

Also there is a stud and it's been said to change that every other cambelt change, but that may come in the cambelt kit, also if unsure of age, the tensiors. Just covers you then if all new.

Is your car suffering from a crap thermostat too? Cause that would be the time where I'd replace it too..
