getting back into an S3 advice please.

Folks I'm toying with the idea of jumping back into an S3 8L.

Currently in a B5 Rs4 (450bhp). I know people will say different league etc however what I would like to know is what can I do to the S3 to bring power levels up so that I won't feel underwhelmed. I've had 2 x s3's prior(both just remapped and with badger5 TIPs) and have loved them both.

I've been looking at TTE turbos etc however I was just wondering what combo works well to get a satisfactory power hike i.e turbo/rods etc.

Any advice welcome.
