Will this type of tuning box void warranty guys? Want 1 for the rs3 but don't really want to void warranty. Obviously will take it off before going in for anything. But still maybe able to check it had summit on it?

If it's anything like my TDI one, then unless you have left it on and took it to the dealers, there shouldn't be any warranty issues. The ECU doesn't know it's there, and it takes all but 5 minutes to remove. But it is recommended you declare it with your insurance company, or your insurance would be void.
