Is this a bad starter motor? please help me :-(

This happened to me a few weeks ago and its gradually gotten worse.. if you keep trying it eventually does come back to life but today was the 3rd time I have had to be rescued with the jump leads. I have read so many things online so I don't know where to start so I have uploaded a video to see what you think..

Darren would you say its definitely sticking on? or not engaging? or is that the same thing hehe. I have tried to look for the starter from the top of the bonnet but I cant find it, am I right in thinking its beneath the engine drivers side?

It is defiantly staying on soon it won't be working at all mate get a (genuine) one of i was you little more in price but quality is guaranteed
