Rear Headlight Level Sensor

Hi all,

My 2001 S3 has just got through it's MOT thankfully following a small amount of work, but one issue I am left with revolves around the headlights.

The plastic adjustment screws/cogs have knackered on both sides so manual adjustment was very minor, and they also picked up on the rear level sensor being snapped off at the ball joint.

He did manage to do a temp fix of sorts to get the lights to a much better position and to allow a pass, but I could do with getting it sorted properly.

Does anyone have a part number of the rear sensor arm and where I could locate one please?

Make sure the auto adjustment still work, I replaced my rear sensor but the lights don't move anyway.
Mine was about 30 quid from eBay I think
