Alarm keeps going off after about a minute when I lock the car. All doors and windows are shut. Hazard light button on dash seems to be staying lit aswell. Luckily car is garaged but still need to sort it asap. Any ideas please.

hazard switch staying lit is normal so forget about that
If your rear wiper sounds like it works but doesn't actually spray the window, I think it means it's piddling the water in the boot lid somewhere which damages the lock contacts, telling the alarm that the boot isn't shut or locked...

The wiper is spraying water but was acting a bit daft the other night. Will disconnecting it work as a quick fix or will the alarm keep going off?
maybe not straight away, if it is to do with the connection in the boot getting wet, it needs to dry off, and even then if it's too damaged it may need replacing
Got all the trims off and it's absolutely soaking in and around the electrics. Found a lovely bodge job around where the shaft comes through the windscreen, silicone sealer to try and stop the leak.
Took all connections off, filled em with wd40 and everything is ok for now. What's next,seals, motor. Thanks for your help T8DPR

Same as above, you need a new rear wiper motor, the rear washer leaks water through the hatchback lid and into the boot lock catch where all the electrics for the boot catch are, you will need to get it out and clean it all up.
